Class Membership and Make-Up Policy
BTSM Membership & Make-Up Policy
BTSM memberships are built to support consistent weekly play, long-term progress, and a strong on-court community. This page explains how memberships, make-ups, and loyalty benefits work.
Membership
BTSM memberships are designed around a recurring weekly class schedule. The goal is to help players improve through consistency over time.
- Memberships follow a recurring weekly schedule
- Progress comes from regular participation and long-term consistency
- Membership benefits are tied to continuous ongoing membership
Loyalty Benefits
BTSM recognizes players who stay committed over time.
- A 10% loyalty discount is applied after your first full year of continuous ongoing membership
- Each year, on your membership anniversary, you will receive one piece of BTSM gear
- These benefits continue as long as your membership remains active and continuous
Make-Up Classes
Make-ups are designed to help players stay on track when they miss a session.
- Make-ups should be used at a different time than your regular weekly class
- Make-ups are only available while your membership is active
- Make-ups are intended to support occasional conflicts while helping you keep your weekly rhythm
- Make-up requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. In case of emergencies, please contact us directly.
If you need help finding a make-up option, our team can help you choose a time that fits your schedule.
Continuous Ongoing Membership
A continuous ongoing membership means maintaining an active subscription without interruption.
- Your membership remains continuous as long as your subscription stays active
- Missed sessions do not affect continuity when handled through make-up classes
- Changing your regular weekly class time does not affect continuity
- If a membership is canceled, paused, or skipped, continuity resets from the time the membership resumes
Loyalty benefits are tied to continuous ongoing membership. If a membership is canceled, paused, or skipped, eligibility for those benefits resets from the date the membership becomes active again.
Consistency & Scheduling
The best progress usually comes from maintaining a regular weekly class.
- If you miss a class, use a make-up to stay consistent
- If your schedule changes, you may adjust your regular class time without affecting continuity
- Make-ups are meant to provide flexibility without interrupting your training rhythm
